How the system works

We developed our load securing system specifically for roll containers in demanding fire service use. Our independently tested roll container holder clicks audibly into the lashing rail and forms a positive-locking connection, which also makes it suitable for roll-off containers. You never have to wonder whether the pre-tensioning force is sufficient – the question that arises with conventional lashing straps or clamps.

The holders secure a single roll container just as well as a whole row. The holders can stay in the lashing rail; for a row you simply add a locking bar through the hole provided.

IMPORTANT: load securing and roll containers are a single system and must always be matched to one another.

Tested twice over

TÜV SÜD also put our flatbed body through its paces:

Static test

To test the stability of the body itself, an air bag presses against each of the four walls in turn from the inside. Our flatbed body demonstrably meets every value required under DIN EN 12642 (Code XL).

Dynamic test

Roll containers are secured on the load bed with roll container holders, and the maximum loads occurring in road use are then simulated. A practical road test covers emergency braking forwards and backwards as well as evasive manoeuvres – confirming that the load securing works in real conditions.
