What the vehicle is built for

  • Replacement for a decontamination equipment truck (LKW/GW-DekonG)
  • Support truck for high-volume water supply (HFS), carrying hoses, fittings and large hose bridges
  • Transporting sandbags and bulk bags, in particular through flooded roads
  • Transporting insulating material for unexploded ordnance that has to be detonated at short notice
  • General transport duties with fire service requirements
